Two apartment of Coasta Sand, each apartment costs 165 per night,
we stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, work it out you'll get 165 X 2 X 2 = 660
660/31= 21.290 (5.sf)
the cost of bbq food is not included, let's assume that those add up to 750
750/31 = 24.194 (5.sf)

25 dollars should be by each of us.
20 dollars was charged at the first, 15 dollars was charged at a latter time due to the fact that many people did not hand in the money.
Inference and Assumption is that Teng Foong topped up the rest.

Now, the under-consideration chalet of 2009 by 2C'08 people.

Year 3 is a busy year, i think most of you will agree with me.
Teng Foong and my assumption is that after the dates confirmed, maximum number of people who can make it ( or else you guys are willing to sacrifice alot....which i rather doubt so) will be 25.
Therefore, we charging 30 dollars per person.
30 X 32 = 960
30 X 25 = 750
The price of the chalet we checked, for aranda, since many of you complaint that costa sand su**s, is 300 per night.
considering the duration of it to be 3 days 2 nights, 600 will be needed. 150 left will be used for bbq foods.
in the event that all of you can make it, maybe we can consider a 4 days 3 nights, 900 will be needed, i'll topped up 90 dollars for you all to buy bbq foods, which is definitely impossible, prove me wrong? haha

3A, Zoenin handed in money days before, all else, didnt bring, (Ming Hong refused to go for Chalet)
3B, i never get to see meiyu, so i dont noe...maybe they all brought le
3C, Shirley agreed to hand in money on some other days, tengfoong? i will give the whole thing to him one, he can of course hand in later, jiajin didnt bring money (Amanda and Si Rui are not going coz their parents do not give consent)
3D, both didnt bring
3E, zhikai paid, zhangyong paid 1/3, the 3 ladies forgot to bring
3F, both forgot to bring
3G, both forgot to bring
3H, richmond didnt come to school today
3J, Ching Hun paid, junbo and brandon didnt bring
3K, both didnt bring

now you see, i collected 100 dollars, 100/750 = 13.333%, the minimum we planeed to gather
100/960-90 (3 people said not going le) = 100/870 = 11.494%, you guys ah...=.=...what to say?
